These terms govern your use of the Elite Digital Essentials website and the digital products we sell. Elite Digital Essentials is a brand operated by Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC ("we," "us"). By using our site or buying our products, you agree to these terms.
1. The products
We sell digital products — templates, operations systems, and AI-workflow packs — delivered as downloads or shared digital files. Product descriptions tell you what is included, who it is for, and how it is delivered. We aim to describe every product accurately; minor variations may occur as we improve them.
2. License to use what you buy
When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. Unless a product's listing says otherwise, you may:
- Use and customize the product for your own business or clients you serve.
- Adapt the content to fit your needs.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files as your own product.
- Sublicense the product or pass it off as a template you created for resale.
- Claim authorship of the underlying design or system.
3. Payment and checkout
Purchases are processed by third-party checkout providers (such as Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy). Their terms and privacy policies apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown at checkout; applicable taxes are added where required.
4. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case. If a product is faulty, not as described, or you have not downloaded it, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right. Refund handling on a given purchase may also be subject to the checkout provider's policy.
5. No guarantees of business results
Our products are tools to help you work more efficiently. We do not promise or guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, client count, or result from using them. What you achieve depends on how you use them and many factors outside our control.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — no attempts to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the site, other users, or us.
7. Intellectual property
The Elite Digital Essentials name, logo, website, and the design of our products are owned by Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC and protected by applicable law. Your purchase grants the license in Section 2 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.
8. Third-party tools and links
Some products are built for use inside third-party tools (for example, Canva or Notion). You are responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions with those tools, and their terms apply to your use of them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Disclaimers
The website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our business evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
