Privacy Policy
Elite Digital Essentials ("EDE," "we," "us") is a brand operated by Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC, based in Lexington, Kentucky. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
1. Who we are
Elite Digital Essentials sells premium digital products — templates, operations systems, and AI-workflow packs — to small-business operators. The legal entity behind the brand is Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the business and serve you:
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join our early-access list or contact us, and any details you include in a message.
- Purchase information. If you buy a product, payment is processed by our checkout providers (such as Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy). They handle your card details directly — we never see or store full payment-card numbers. We receive order confirmation, your email, and the product purchased.
- Usage information. Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics about how our website is used (pages viewed, general region, device type). We use cookieless analytics that do not track you across other sites and do not build an advertising profile of you.
3. How we use your information
- To send you the products, updates, and early-access materials you asked for.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To fulfill and confirm purchases.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website performs so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Email and marketing
If you join our list, we email you about new products and updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. You can also unsubscribe any time by emailing [email protected].
5. Social media and our owned accounts
Elite Digital Essentials publishes original marketing content to social-media accounts we own (such as our own Instagram, Facebook Page, Pinterest, Bluesky, and similar profiles), using an approved publishing tool to schedule and post that content.
What this means for your privacy: our use of these platforms' developer tools is limited to publishing our own content to our own accounts. We do not access, collect, or store the personal data of other people's accounts, your private messages, or your contacts through these integrations.
When you interact with us on a social platform (following, commenting, messaging), that platform's own privacy policy governs the data it collects about you. Any information you choose to send us there is used only to respond to you.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics by default. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If we ever add a feature that requires cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.
7. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Checkout and payment processors (to complete your purchase).
- Email and hosting providers (to deliver our website and emails).
- Analytics providers (privacy-friendly, aggregate only).
These providers may process your information only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
8. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while you are on our list, for the life of a purchase relationship, and as required for tax and legal records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires. You will never be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including any data associated with a social-platform interaction — email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion." We will confirm and complete your request promptly.
10. Children's privacy
Our products and website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you access our website from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. We apply this policy to all visitors regardless of location.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the data we hold and to limit access to it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business evolves or the law changes. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
